What's That Say?: Open the word attachment titled "What's That Say?". This is the instruction page for the activity, but you will be creating and completing this activity in google docs. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST! If you take photos for the activity, you will need to email them to your school email, then upload them to your computer (like I showed you for downloading and uploading Kami documents) so you can add them to the google doc.

Good Morning!! I hope you guys are getting well rested on these distance days! Today, before you start working, dress up in your ABSOLUTE favorite outfit!! Take a picture and send it to me! Take your reading journal and write the title of the book in the middle, then split the front into 4 sections (see my example). Pick what you think are four of the most important scenes from the story and illustrate them on the cover of the journal, one in each space. Do not write captions! Just illustrate them!

In your manilla folder there is a paper titled "Pickles on Ice" about problem and solution. Join me at 11:30am on google meet to discuss problem and solution as a skill, as well as to watch a video about problem and solution and talk about it as a class. Then you will log off the google meet and work on the worksheet independently. You can either do the worksheet paper and pencil, or you can open the attachment and complete it using Kami.

If you do the paper worksheet, you MUST KEEP IT IN YOUR FOLDER so you can turn it in on Nov. 12th when we are back in school!

Please take your Frindle AR test first! Write your score down on the Frindle Vocabulary Test in the upper left corner on the line. Then you can use your book to take the vocabulary test!
