April 22 is Earth Day! Do something good for the environment! It could be planting a flower, picking up trash, riding a bike, etc.
Kinder, 1st, 2nd-Write at least 2 sentences about what you did to help the environment. If you aren’t able to do anything, then write at least 2 sentences about how you COULD help the environment. Include a craft to go along with Earth Day. I have included some examples or you can do something on your own. You will be graded on having 2 complete sentences and including a craft.
PreK-You don't need to do sentences. Just take a picture of something you did to help the Earth, submit a picture of that or a craft you completed for Earth day.
I would LOVE to see pictures of the kids and what they are doing to help the Earth!
** Last year, I created a trash monster using recycled trash. I posted an example of my trash monster. I even wrote a story about him that I included as well!
Another idea for the craft component: Create a poster for Earth day and include a snappy slogan that will encourage more people to protect Earth.
