Grandparent's Day Forms

A couple of notes for the upcoming grandparents day celebrations to make the event as smooth as possible:
+ When choosing a date each student can only select one date for all their grandparents to attend due to space and the large amount of participation for our event
+ Grandparent's will come in through the breezeway door and MUST have an RSVP for that date to enter or they will not be permitted into the lunch room
+ Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the student's scheduled lunch time 
+ Only students with an RSVP for that day will be allowed to sit with the visitors
+ Our lunch times are quick, so be aware of arriving on time for your students lunch and exiting once they leave
+ After your student leaves from their grade level lunch time, we ask that you exit the lunch room through the breezeway door as the area where tables are located will be cleaned up for afternoon classes
+ RSVP's will only be accepted through Tuesday, August 26th. We will not be able to accommodate any late notes returned after this date
+ If your "visitor" would like a school lunch the money must be sent with the RSVP
