Grandparent's Day Info

A couple of notes for the upcoming grandparents day celebrations to make the event as smooth as possible:
+ Grandparents will come in through the breezeway door and MUST have an RSVP for that date to enter or they will not be permitted into the lunch room
+Grandparents will not check in with Ms. Coy; we will have a check in desk in the breezeway. Here, they will check-in and receive lunch tray tickets, if they purchased a tray when RSVPing. 
+ Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the student's scheduled lunch time 
+ Only students with an RSVP for that day will be allowed to sit with the visitors
+ Our lunch times are quick, so be aware of arriving on time for your students lunch and exiting once they leave
+ After your student leaves from their grade level lunch time, we ask that you exit the lunch room through the gym exterior doors as the area where tables are located will be cleaned up for afternoon classes
